I have been inspecting for 3 years now, all of that time for THIS in the Wellington, Kapiti and Wairarapa regions.

I am a qualified and licensed building practitioner who has worked in the building industry for 20 years. During my time building I have worked in Wellington, Marlborough, 3 years in London and a stint in Belgium.

I have a wide range of practical building experience in both residential and commercial construction.

I am a registered member of the NZIBI (New Zealand Institute of Building Inspectors) which is particularly important in an unregulated industry.

As an inspector I do my best to fully inform my clients on the true condition of their current or (potential) future properties.
